By accessing or using the BAAN Platform web application, API gateways, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
BAAN provides an AI business intelligence, marketing content generation, and multi-channel publishing engine. We provide deterministic fact validation to enforce customer-specified catalog prices and brand guidelines.
3. Subscription Credits & Quotas
Generation calls consume quota credits as governed by your subscription plan tier. Credits are authorized atomically before synthesis and finalized upon successful completion. Unused credits rollover according to plan rules.
4. Responsible Use & Guardrails
Users agree not to use the platform to generate unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited marketing content under applicable regional advertising regulations.
